ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. If you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you; however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please note that a credit card may be required when booking certain services. In such cases, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged in event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. This amount will be credited toward your next appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Children under the age of 3 are not recommended. We appreciate your understanding.
WE REGRET That we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
GRATUITIES Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, all tipping must be done in cash; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
METHOD OF PAYMENT Shag86 Valued Guests; We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Discover Mastercard and Amex) A 3% fee will be applied to all credit transactions. However, this fee does not apply to any debit card or cash transactions. No personal checks, ATM on premises.
GIFT CERTIFICATES Any gift certificates purchased during a gift card promotional event may not be redeemed on the same day of purchase.
PARKING Free municipal parking available at the rear of the salon. Additional municipal parking lot located on Stevens Ave.
