The team includes senior apprentice, artistic stylist, artistic designer, master stylist and master designer. They are passionate about their work and care deeply about how their clients look and feel when they leave the salon.

I guess I can say a career in hair styling is all I have ever wanted to do.

Growing up I was often at my mother's side as she worked on the stars of long running soap opera Guiding Light. She also let me assist her when she worked as a stylist on movie sets and the Grammy's.

I'm proud to follow in her footsteps and believe strongly in her belief that hairdressing is not only an art, but a gift.

I'm happy to nurture that gift at Shag 86. The extensive training I receive here and at illustrious New York schools like Redken and Wella help me deliver stunning color and cuts to my wonderful clients everyday.

If I can help everyone I work with feel their absolute best everytime they walk out of the door then I know I've done my job.
