The team includes senior apprentice, artistic stylist, artistic designer, master stylist and master designer. They are passionate about their work and care deeply about how their clients look and feel when they leave the salon.

From the time I began my career sweeping the floor at my uncle's salon to the time I opened these doors in 2004, I've felt a passion for this industry.

I've got the best job in the world – making people feel great about themselves and the way they look. If my clients walk out with a smile, feeling and looking their best – and we had some fun along the way - that's true success.

I take pride in my work, and strive to understand my clients' lifestyles and attitudes in order to create what works best for them. At Shag86, we call it the 'Lifestyle Profile' approach. I want to build relationships and friendships here at Shag86, I'm not just interested in a business transaction.

I am committed to progressive education for my staff and not only do I still attend various workshops, but I am a frequent speaker at these industry forums as well.
